This site is not operated by an individual.
Solid Inc.(Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; founded 2006) operates this site, a company with 20 years of experience in cosmetics wholesale, OEM manufacturing, and retail logistics.
While the creator chooses the products, it is we who procure, store, ship them, and answer inquiries.
Where do the products come from?
Buzzma's products are supplied from our wholesale business "Kireicosme".
- Including Shiseido, Kose, DHC, and Rohto Pharmaceutical, we carry over 500 domestic brands
- Only authentic products sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors
- We absolutely do not handle flea market items, parallel imports, or resold products
Products are not personally procured by the creator. The creator only selects the products; they never touch inventory.
What happens after an order
Orders flow directly to our logistics hub.
For airline and credit card company loyalty point exchange services, we handle everything from product proposals to shipment. Your orders are processed through the same system.
All inquiries are handled by us. You do not need to contact the creator.
Estimated shipping time and shipping costs are shown on the order screen.
About payment
We use Stripe, a payment service used worldwide for e-commerce.
Card information never passes through Buzzma's servers. Information entered is sent directly to Stripe, and we do not retain it.
